    Below are videos, presented without EDIT, of the PAPP INTERNATIONAL owned Papp Engine as designed by Joseph Papp It was machined and assembled by Rohner Machine Works, my families ex business, for Papp International. This is the engine that was later certified. Most of these people are now dead.
    My Late Brother, Tom, provided the information that made these available to me. Tom Rohner knew how the process worked, from my conversations with him after I filed the Provisional patent(s), but he was never allowed to be a part of it because all the "Experts", at CEI etc. were spending monies on the "Magic" fuel.. Too bad. Thank You, Tom You are a true loss to us all.
    The quality is not the best but I did not wish to change what was, nor edit it to make any one individual look good. Video was taken by a portable video and had to be converted to a standard format from mag tape of some age.

    Right - 3 Electronics attach, setup and debug as Tom Rohner and Tom Miller, Both now deceased, work on getting the John Rohner designed Electronic control ready to go and functioning. Tom Miller programmed the EPROM event decoder on this and Tom Rohner supervised and validated the tests.

    Jimmy Sabori was the REAL Right hand of Joseph Papp.
After firing Robert Rohner for failing to do anything, like even form the company that signed the contract, Papp and Papp International turned to, and Licensed, Jimmy Sabori who, with Papp, founded P & S Power which stayed together until Papp Died and beyond.
    You would see one of the Papp International owned Engines, now being exploited as "Rohner engines", in his videos.
    These engines are, and were, never anything but Papp International engines designed by Joe Papp and Machined by Rohner Machine Works.
    However, Jimmy was NEVER allowed to use the Engine Controller designed by John Rohner and Programmed by Tom Miller and made operational at the Papp International test site by Tom Rohner and Tom Miller.
    He got the rackety relay thing built by Robert Rohner after Robert threw away as useless, the electronic Controller that had made the engine work.
    It should be noted that this monster Relay bank never created a working engine as the "Throw away" had. Robert Rohner never worked with Sabori to help in any way according to Sabori.

John's lecture at Tesla after filing his patent and having his two brothers decide they wanted "it all" so no joinure to crteate a REAL company. John Had formed PlasmERG in 2007. Dr M Girouard, "get Slim MD" took it from him in 2010 but failed to get "how it worked" so even with his $500,000 into Klosterman (CEI) failed. He wanted, as did Robert Rohner to "Control" 6the technology and be the only supply of it.. Can you spell GREEDY!.
